Cancellation policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel your appointment and we are given 48 hours notice you will not be charged. If we get less than 48 hours notice or you do not turn up you will be charged according to the length of your appointment. The hourly figure we charge covers the running costs for a surgery only, it is purely a deterrent to prevent the wastage of valuable surgery time which affects appointment availability for everyone.

If you have any suggestions on a better way to deal with this problem they will be greatly appreciated.

Payment information

We expect payment at the time of your treatment but to make this easier we also offer a 5% discount if all of the treatment costs are paid up front or 0% finance if you prefer to spread the cost of your treatment over 6-12 months.
